The company tries very hard to keep the working atmosphere at positive peak. I feel respected all the time and colleagues are very nice all the time. Everyone helps each other when needed.
Organized events are very cool, I really enjoy the parties, the external events, the office dinner.
Numbers are transparent to all since every Friday there is a All-Team meeting which is pretty cool.

I feel that, maybe, some developers need more knowledge. Try to bring some in-house teachers or more experienced developers to guide them. Promote more workshops. Try to create a constantly learning environment. Promote more knowledge sharing and make sure it's a company goal and everyone should adapt to it!

The atmosphere is super nice, no stress and developer happiness is one of the priorities

This needs to be improved a bit. I feel that there are too many sync communication while they could be async (e-mails)
