Really high consciousness even to the highest management level when it comes to reviewing how we can be environmentally and socially as sustainable as possible. A great example is the Personio Foundation, which is not something I have seen with many companies.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
So many young, ambitious and kind people its actually unreal. You could meet anyone in a Personio office and chances are 95% that they will be really competent at what they are doing and really really kind.

Nice office spaces, really good equipment and tools to allow for productive and fast processes.
