Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere in my team and also in the department is good. My supervisor does a great job and is responsive to our problems. In general, Personio is a very feedback-oriented company where everyone is heard.
Kommunikation
Communication in both directions is good. There is a company-wide meeting every Friday by the management. On the other hand, you regularly have the opportunity to participate in employee surveys - the results are taken very seriously and discussed at company, department and team level.

Work-Life-Balance
We have trust-based working hours and basically everyone has the scepter in their own hands here. You can stop after 8 hours or continue working. Especially in the customer-oriented areas, you basically have work 24/7. It's important that you can prioritize well, then you can also create a good work-life balance.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Most leads are relatively young, but are very professional and know how to lead. Probably because their team members are of a similar age and the Leads know how this generation wants to be led.
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks can get a bit monotonous, but basically everyone has the opportunity to participate in more strategic projects in addition to their daily business - this leads to variety but also extra work.
Gleichberechtigung
To my knowledge, there is no difference in salary between the genders and my subjective perception is also that gender does not matter in lead positions.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Hard to say, as there unfortunately are not really many "older" colleagues but Personio gives me the feeling that it is an open company that values diversification very much - regardless of age, religion, gender, etc.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are great. The office is modern, we have silent rooms where you can go when you want to focus on your work. One or the other room could still be equipped with a computer screen. It would also be nice if there were more opportunities to work standing up, but that's complaining at a high level. The work tools (Macbooks) are good and serve their purpose. We can borrow a monitor for the home office.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Personio puts a lot of focus on this. For example, there was recently a company-wide tree planting event, we support NGOs with reduced prices, we have our own foundation, etc. In my eyes, the whole thing is not just "green washing" but really meant seriously.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary is okay. It corresponds to the industry average, as far as I know. There are a lot of benefits (company pension plan, public transport allowance, etc.) and after 4 years you certainly have very valuable employee shares :)
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You have a budget of €1,500 and a day off, which you can use for further training once you have passed the probationary period.
Career advancement is hard to say, there are options opening up all the time, but I'm still too short in the company to really be able to evaluate that.
