Workload, always the same manual tasks, salary


Take employee workload more seriously and keep an eye on it. In addition, Personio should invest more in training and reconsider salaries.


Working together is always fun as all Personios are nice people. However, everybody is always stressed and under pressure.


We have a lot of communication through all levels.


I love my team!


Nearly zero. I do not have a management position and nevertheless I mostly have to work a minimum of 50 hours per week without having a salary that would justify that. Personio tries to obscure this situation by keeping the employees in a good mood using events.


Eyes are closed when it comes to the workload of the team. Management just speaks about making it better but no actions are following.

Interessante Aufgaben

It is interesting to be part of a quickly growing company. However the processes are still mostly very manual meaning that as an employee you spend a lot of time in manual tasks, that do not let you grow.


I can not say anything negative here.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

We do not have many older employees. I never experiences unfair behaviour here, but I think it speaks for itself that we hardly have any older colleagues.


I like the office and Personio is constantly investing here. But, due to the rapid growth, everything always feels too small.


In my opinion, Personio sells itself very well in terms of environmental awareness. Employees are encouraged to take part in demos during working hours, but only if they provide a picture of themselves for social media. In the company itself, however, there was not even waste separation before Covid.


The salary is well below the market average. Personio is still trying to justify this with the start-up stamp, although the company now has 600 employees.


The image is very good, especially due to the recently achieved unicorn status. However, Personio also knows how to present itself to the outside world.


Most of them are on the spot for a long time and still have their junior position after 2-3 years.
