Get the basics right and lay the foundations before doubling down on new product markets. Lead with clear strategy instead of creating toxic pressure. If this is embraced, the future for Personio could actually look very bright.
Focus on a specific customer profile, but also hear your customers that do not fall into that profile. If you cannot treat them equally, have contingency strategies in place.

Profitability is important, but there is no alignment between Management and Middle Management and subsequently unrealistic workloads and goals as a consequence of this. As a result, the Account Management team experienced a surge of resignations leaving the ones left stuck in a vicious cycle.
Very little appreciation for the work done and some personnel decisions seem to be made based on politics and likability rather than merit.
There have also been instances where individuals get laid off if they challenge certain decisions.
If you're working on customer-facing teams, customer love is more of a fashion statement rather than a company-wide virtue.

Nice office, great coffee, sugar-free soft drinks, a canteen, and occasionally free-food. Also the company invests heavily in AI to make certain processes faster and analyses more accurate, which is a positive motion, but still lacks the strategy behind it so execution suffers.

Non-existent; processes change at random and all the time without any alignment between different business functions at the expense of the customer experience
