Honestly the best I've seen so far. Even though I'm usually a sceptic to feel-good-culture: At PD it's not just empty words. The HR team, including the feel good manager always has an open ear.
Kommunikation
The most negative aspect of the company. The communication is barely structured and the e-mail-culture is far beyond modern standards.

#petsdelifamily is a real thing! The company should continue their efforts to include the blue collar workers more.
Work-Life-Balance
Since there is no tracking of my working time, it is only up to me how I manage my working time. The workload is too high to get all the stuff done within 40h though.

My supervisors always have an open ear, are open to my ideas.
Also, they trust in me and my skills and communicate that.

I have everything I need to get best results. This includes free choice of platform (MS/Mac). I can work from everywhere within Germany and a few weeks a year from everywhere within the EU. Love it!

High ambitions, that's for sure. Sometimes the company can't live up to that due to the fast-paced environment.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Considering the company is based in Berlin, the money is okay. Still, the last salary raise did only cover the inflation since then.
