Always pressure by management and threats of firing

since day 1 nothing was clear on how the job would look like
The whole training given has literally nothing to do with the job
after the training, no one would give input on how and what to do and what not
when you ask a question people tend to bully your question and make fun of how stupid this question is

working from home on sick days is expected, or you're not committed

micro management on another level, management has access to your LinkedIn message and history and can log in at anytime to check what you're up too and can find out if you're already looking for an alternative

The head of the project i was on, tend to threaten people who are not preforming and tend always put pressure, which in my case cause me on a burn out.

Horrible coffee at the office, and sometimes the coffee machine would go broken for 3 4 weeks

Hello and thank you for taking the time to go in-depth in your feedback.

I really regret that you had such a negative experience at Phaidon International. It does not match what I have witnessed in the past 1,5 years, but we are taking your words seriously.

Sick leave

We will review how we communicate our sick leave policy to avoid any future misunderstandings. At Phaidon International, employees are not expected to work when on sick leave.


Equality

We’re also actively working on creating an atmosphere of equality in the office. 50% of our Berlin managers are female and we have nonbinary team members. Of course, societal structures take time to unravel. We strive to be better every day than we were the day before.


Snacks

When it comes to office snacks, we decided to put the health of our team first. So in the kitchen, people can now find fresh fruit and veggies to snack on. We also added a vending machine that offers healthy snacks as well as chocolate and ice cream for anyone craving something different.


Development & Training

In our academy, each new team member receives an intense, two-week training that is followed by close mentorship from management.
