Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

You can have a flexible working schedule, working from 2 to 5 times a week, and hours are also negotiable.
Warehouse supervisors, and workers are good people.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Office management seems more worried about saving money than giving warehouse employees a basic, and respectful structure to work in.
If you read the company's website, look at its LinkedIn account/posts, or visit its office, you will see that Plantura is a "green" company, worried about the environment, and its employees. If you go to their warehouse, is another story.
Employees did not have a kitchen, a proper clean table to have meals at, a very dirty shared bathroom, and rats might be "normal" to have in a warehouse, but to the point of finding 5 dead rats in a day, because of the terrible smell, while the management poorly tried to control an infestation, is unsanitary, and dangerous.
In the new warehouse, there was a poor attempt to fix that, based on employees practically begging for a basic structure, which does not seem that they cared, but just wanted to close the subject.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Management should extend the company's vision to the warehouse, and remember that employees from their office, and their warehouse are all employees and people who deserve to be treated respectfully, and according to the law, should have all their rights met, since their duties, are always required to be followed.
A company that worries about the environment should also worry, and take care of their people, which is (or should be) their most valuable asset.
I believe that a company should not call itself successful if they don't care, mistreat, or look down on a part of its staff, who they might think is not that important.
My advice is for them to be smart, and start to understand that by treating their employees fairly, and respectfully, they will all grow together.
Saving money by treating people poorly, and not giving employees the basic conditions by law, will not only get them in trouble but that also says a lot about what type of management a company has.
