Since 90% of us work from home the whole time, we save the company a ton of money by using our own electricity, wifi, and so on. I hope PLU will consider cashing out 50 to 100 euros every month on top of our salaries to help with these essential utilities.
Also, PLU could support a healthy employee lifestyle by giving us a gym membership, since we all work from home.

I like it here! The projects are diverse and interesting, from the energy sector to marketing campaigns to finance and banking. And the best part is that they really trust you to learn, grow, and bring your own ideas to the table.

Everyone takes the time to naswer my queries. This includes top managers as well as colleagues, because we basically have no strict hierarchy structures. Everyone is accessible.

We have a very productive way of working on projects. We collaborate using many tools, like Teams, Jira, and Outlook. In case I need help with something or have too much on my plate, I can get help from my colleagues.

PLU allows me to maintain a very good balance between work and my private life because I work from home 80% of the time, and an everage of 7.30 hours a day. With time saved from the hussle of commute, I get to spend that time with my partner and on my personal endeavors.

At PLU GmbH, there aren't really any superiors. Our managers are like our colleagues in that they are always there for me. There are no barriers or hudles between us, the employees, and the management.
