My tax money got wasted here .
The company works on technically interesting and ambitious aerospace projects in a highly specialized field. The opportunity to work close to advanced aerospace development was one of the aspects that initially attracted me to the company.
I also considered my salary appropriate.
1- In my experience, promotion and assignment of leadership responsibilities were not sufficiently transparent. I would have preferred clear, documented criteria based on qualifications and experience. Without relevant experience in the tasks person is promoted as she came 1 month earlier. So avoid it.
2- Propulsion Team experience someone was injured but now they prompted absense of someone else who is close to management.
3- In my personal experience, the criteria used to assign leadership and work-package responsibilities were not sufficiently transparent. I sometimes found it difficult to understand why particular responsibilities were assigned, and I would have preferred clearly communicated criteria based on relevant qualifications, professional experience and technical competence.
I also experienced the organization as strongly hierarchical. In some situations, I felt that technical experience and differing professional opinions were not sufficiently considered in decision-making.
My interaction with HR was also very limited. In my personal case, I would have appreciated an opportunity to discuss workplace concerns directly with HR before the end of my employment.
Finally, the lack of Home Office, my workplace situation and the communication and management issues described in this review negatively affected my overall experience.
I would recommend clearer and documented criteria for assigning leadership and work-package responsibilities, with greater emphasis on relevant qualifications, professional experience and technical competence.
I would also recommend more transparent communication between employees, management and HR. In my personal case, I had very limited direct interaction with HR before the end of my employment. I would have appreciated an opportunity to discuss my concerns and experience directly with HR before the employment relationship ended.
Finally, technical disagreements should, in my view, be addressed through documented technical arguments and constructive discussion rather than hierarchy.
In my personal experience, the working atmosphere was difficult as you have to report someone who doesnot have any work experience makes difficult. I sometimes had to report within a structure where I felt that relevant technical experience and knowledge were not sufficiently considered. I would have preferred responsibilities and reporting structures to be assigned using clearer and more transparent criteria.
1- Report someone who doesnot know difference between WBS workbreakdown structure and System Breakdown Structure and Function Breakdwon structure. I was in System safety engineer so I need it but asking multiple times its was impossible to make someome understand who is not space engineer.
2- Perosn just came one month earlier is becoming Work Package lead although doesnot have any relavent experience and not educations in space sector. So avoid it.
My personal impression of the com pany changed during my employment. The aerospace projects and technical ambitions were interesting, but my internal experience regarding hierarchy, communication and management did not fully correspond with the impression I had before joining. I know marketing and not just documents target but real goal to get money but wont deliver due to many lack of stuff. Never trust agian . This review is amend it as polaris file legal complaint aganist kununu so i have to use legal words. So no freedom of speech.
During my employment, Home Office was not available as mention in the website. My commute was approximately one hour each way, and there was no company canteen available at my workplace. These factors negatively affected my personal work-life balance.
2- Not good 8 hr of work + no canteen + 1 of travel and 1 hr back makes life miserable .
3- There is not work council so avoid it and HR is blind as I wrote multiple times no respond as HR are getting money from management so she will never support any worker . Better avoid it.
1- Best place to learn as many are hired who doesnot have experience get paid by company to get training so like university.
2-Be nice , nature is important not knowledge or skills as if you are like ok boss or yes boss then you are winning in the life. I am GenZ so never silent on wrong doing.
The company operates in a highly specialized aerospace field, which can provide exposure to interesting and technically challenging projects. However, in my personal experience, career-development paths and the criteria for taking on greater responsibility were not sufficiently transparent.
My annual salary was approximately €60,900, which I considered good. I was satisfied with the salary level. Many people got who doesnot have hand on experience so avoid it.
My personal workplace situation was difficult. My assigned workplace was located in or directly adjacent to a kitchen/common area, where people regularly came in and out during the working day. This created frequent interruptions and made concentrated technical work difficult for me. They didnot treated nicely as they told me we dont have table , then got somehow, then engineer hired need to go for training so they dont know tasks which makes spending 2 times so its good place to learn while they pays.
During my probationary period, I personally felt that my workplace situation and concerns were not handled satisfactorily. I would have appreciated a more suitable working environment and more constructive communication regarding these concerns.
My personal experience of team spirit was affected by internal hierarchy and organizational politics. I would have preferred more transparent decision-making, stronger cooperation and greater focus on technical arguments and professional experience. I am using this words because polaris complain lawyer.
2- Not real people , team spirit when saying face to face is different then doing stuff behind like company politics avoid it.
My experience with older colleagues was positive. I had no significant concerns in this area. Except HR Management and people are qutting the jobs and do not reapper. Everyone knows the reasons. I still didnot got my last month salary slip so dealing with everyone is startup problem when you are working in space sector and many doesnot have experience of space in there study got hired. Avoid such company who uses good marketing but wont deliver.
My experience with management was not satisfactory. I sometimes felt that my professional experience and technical input were not sufficiently . I would have preferred more transparent decisions, constructive discussion of differing technical opinions and clearer criteria when responsibilities were assigned.
2- Worse then never before because we cant survive where someone approved stuff is happeing for my safety i already keep the proof .
3- Many people joing and never show up due to health issue not worth it. Starting career is good but not other factor.
4- Surperiror are corporate lier as they didnot convey many things so difficult to resolve. BOSS is ALWAYS RIGHT.
So never said anything to them.
The technical work itself was interesting, but I found some aspects of the working conditions difficult. In my experience, responsibilities and reporting structures were not always clearly aligned with relevant professional experience. I would have preferred clearer responsibilities, more transparent decision-making and better consideration of technical experience.
Apple CEO told correctly they dont have any manager so here is same feelings. Dont waste time and move on.
In my experience, communication between employees and management could be improved. Differing technical opinions were not always handled , and I would have appreciated clearer communication about decisions, responsibilities and expectations. There is company politics so avoid if someome says there all are at same level but everyone is not same level as you have to report someome who is never made any one task.
2- Never communicate with someone unless they ask you as they are going to destroy you how dare someone ask ? I am senior or system manager. Knowledge is not important just hireichy is most important. Company mention everyone is same level on website but in reality is is not so dont fall in scam.
I experienced diversity within the general workforce. However, in the management structures I personally encountered, I perceived considerably less diversity. I would have appreciated more transparent and consistently applied criteria for responsibilities, professional development and leadership opportunities.
My first experience was when I call to reception then they hangup my call 2 times but writing to manager go an update on contracts so never expect any politiness from them.
There is not euqlity as I saw some people who are close to someone then they move to new building and other left in workshop . 3 cases was seen in my eyes. So it is not based on rules it is based on closeness to the senior. The corporate lier and politics is important otherwise just skill and works wont make you survive in this enviroment.
Nothing, I like my job but reporting person has no experience , knowledge and worked in same field because they are close to their senior thats why I have to report to them. God bless corruptions
