Its really an awful company judged, not only by myself, but also by many German colleauges. Hopless and meaningless.

Ppl from battery companies from Asia, they have real knowledge and experince of the battery. Ppl should listen to what they say but most of ppl like them are not managers in the company.
Managers pretend to listen to them but in the end, they are doing what they want and what board members want

It's not a employees problem, but managers and board members who have an experience of battery industry a little bit.
The most scariest person in the world is who know something a little bit and they believe that's everything.
All German board members are from VW and ,in my opinion, they never every succeed mass battery production in Europe.

Employees at PowerCo, mostly work fine and hard.
Only issue is ppl from VW. They only have an automotive experience, not battery.
However, they deny the diffrenence btw battery and automotive indutry.
That's wrong.
If they are same, why not battery companies are successful in Europe so far. Their stubborness destroy PowerCo now.
Also, everyone say they are expert. I talk to so many experts in the company but they are not expert at all.
Listen up. Outside Germany, nobody say I am an expert. The expert judged by ppl who work with, not by yourself.

For production, its all mess up.
The board members are only thinking about bonus and,
battery production schedule is always changed and no clear long term plan.
They are only focused on battery production without quailty.
It's almost same procedure of Northvolt bankrupcy.

During prodcution, so many engineers break the German working law.
So many ppl work over time over German law and work on Sunday.
Managers all know the fact but they try not to know that. That's a real problem.

No passion, no motivation due to inexperinced and ignorant managers' and the board members' decision.
Most of managers from not battery industry. Some managers are from battery company but they don't know the actual work because they are all from battery companies in Europe.

They always say one team spirit but never going to happen.
Managers don't care about employees, who work with, and they only care about what top managers say.

Normally, the older, the smarter but in the company, the older, the storburn.
They don't listen to what other ppl say because they are so proud of being VW employees for a long time.
The wise always listen to what others say but old ppl in the company are not.

Awful. They are only thinking about what the board members say.
The board members are human beings and they often make a mistake but nobody say 'NO' to them. It's really a huge problem in the company.

For production, many ppl violates German working law now and mangers all know that but they pretend not to know that.
If you have a clear goal and aim, everyone is happy to work overtime but the board members don't have a long term plan.
They are just greedy for bonus. They ruin the company now. Let's see what happens next.

The official langauge is English but most of Germans speak German because they don't care about other non German speaking employees.
