Great ambition, but failed to live up to the expectation and the hype

Back in 2023, we can do the jobs remotely where there is no obligation to go to the office. However, if you go to the factory site at Salzgitter, there is a minimal option to eat your lunch.
The company layout is clearly not organized. The distance from the shuttle bus to the office is long, therefore you better not have a meeting at 09:00 when go with the shuttle bus.

I feel there is a little cohesion with other department. When the company event took place, it was really hard to connect with other people. There was a sense of superficial. Seems like everyone has their own bubble.
Therefore, I no longer interested to participate in any event.

I gave it 3 stars, because my manager was really nice in the beginning where he shows that he has some expectation from the team.

There was a lack of clear direction. Manager wants something, but I have an impression he doesn't know how to lead the team to the expected direction and results.
Every decision goes unfiltered. Pointing fingers seems to be a culture here where they only pointing at the mistake without trying to understand the context.
Really disappointed in my last day as they don't even let me say farewell to the colleagues. Simply throw me away and said "Oh you are no longer part of us and don't care about your future problems!"
I even got my reference letter 1 year after the offboarding!
Clearly doesn't treat the employee like a human being.

The only good thing from the company. Otherwise, stay away!
