If I did not have to deal with university projects next to work, I would for sure find myself going to the office every day. Spending time at the office with my colleagues at Predium is something I definitely enjoy as the values at Predium are genuinely lived and not just empty words.

People like spending time together, be it working, playing ping pong or Kicker, or just enjoying lunch together. + other activities like board game night, cooking, celebrations, etc.

Direct and clear communication. Goals are communicated with contagious energy. Open to always talk and discuss any feedback.
Kommunikation
"Psychological safety" is present in Predium, so I am encouraged to express my opinion/ideas/feedback and to challenge the status quo of things. My supervisor provides me with actionable feedback and I can provide feedback without any issues as well.

My position involves a combination of different tasks. As a working student, you rarely get the opportunity to see/measure your impact in a company; here, you will for sure ;).
