It is worth noting that your review relates to an employment period that ended in 2022, and both Premier Inn Germany and our hotels have continued to evolve significantly since then. At the same time, we appreciate that this review reflects your personal perspective and experience.
That said, descriptions such as poor communication, favouritism, limited career opportunities or a generally negative working environment do not reflect the picture we receive through our regular employee feedback channels today. For example, our most recent engagement survey in Nürnberg showed strong levels of satisfaction across a number of areas, including fairness, leadership and the overall working environment.
Because many of the points raised are very broad and difficult to assess without specific examples, we would welcome the opportunity to better understand your experience. If there were particular situations that led to these impressions, please feel free to reach out to us directly via our HR team so that we can review them in more detail.
