Absolutely. As an IT/software company with employees based all across Germany, there’s no other way to make it work – and PRISMA does it exceptionally well. Some colleagues work 100% remotely, others work partially from home, and some enjoy coming into the office every day. It’s the mix that makes it work, and PRISMA finds the optimal arrangement with each individual – one that suits both sides.

There are also flexible working hours with no fixed core hours, allowing everyone to adapt their schedule to their personal needs. Temporary work from abroad is also possible – for example, colleagues from other countries can combine extended family visits with remote work.

In addition, childcare costs or daycare fees are covered or subsidized by PRISMA.

As described in the previous points, the sense of team spirit is exceptionally strong. Cross-team collaboration is actively encouraged, which strengthens the ability to think beyond the boundaries of one’s own department. Different perspectives are shared, explained, and understood.

There’s a genuine culture of mutual support – you can always ask for help, and you’ll receive it without hesitation. The collaboration is so friendly and based on trust that I wouldn't hesitate to invite PRISMAtes to my home.

It couldn’t be better. The leadership team is well-educated, experienced and leads in a people-centered way that is rooted in shared values and goals. They consistently act as role models for all PRISMAtes.

You’re encouraged – in the best possible way – to give your best for the organization, to think proactively, and to look beyond your own responsibilities. Tasks and expectations are communicated clearly and discussed in detail. New ideas are always welcome.

The work is collaborative and hands-on. Thanks to a culture of appreciation, trust and open communication, along with regular feedback, I feel highly motivated and empowered.

As mentioned above, there is a constant flow of information through various meetings, workshops and All Hands sessions. Communication honestly couldn’t be better – I always feel well-informed and fully included in everything that’s going on.

Questions are always welcome and, of course, answered promptly and openly. The way we communicate with each other is direct, positive, and respectful. It’s never about pointing out someone’s weaknesses – it’s about working together to find solutions, supporting one another, and helping each other grow.
