Great Team spirit & culture!
I really like the company culture and people working at Project A. Everyone is super friendly and always ready to share
The projects are very diverse and help you grow as a specialist
Sehr angenehm! Tolles Büro, liebe Kollegen.
Grundarbeitszeit, aber flexibel. Top.
Top!
Smooth and helpful HR and IT onboarding
Amazing team and company culture.
Projects are very diverse and stimulating, if you have interest in other departments, you can find ways/projects to collaborate.
Big focus on "knowledge sharing" and on personal & professional development.
Good relationships with Venture companies.
Management is open for feedback and strives for constant improvement of employee satisfaction.
Certain departments could get more credit for their performance.

The team culture and knowledge-exchange approach is really great. Lots of different formats to get insights into new areas of disciplines and way of working.
HR seems to favor a few teams that are also close to COO & management.
It would be good if management and HR would position themselves as approachable and trust worthy. HR is working very closely with COO & Management, which makes it hard to be open to them as some topics need to be confidential within HR.
Also fair development and empowerment of all employees equally would improve a lot.
depends on the department
there are career talks but I rather felt held back than empowered - strongly depends on who your team leader is.
again depends on the department: not every team leader acts fair and self-reflected
salary is ok, again depending on department and favored employees
nice colleagues, office upgrade
there are 2 classes of people - the inner circle and others
people are treated differently
