Thoughtful, understanding, and real people. Communication is clear and open. Work is understandable along with expectations

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I wouldn't say bad but could be better, managing how/when/what we deploy. How we test features. How we develop requirements. But again not bad but could be better.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I would love to see more women in leadership and it would be good if we hold time for worker creativity. Meaning time set aside for workers to develop what they want or maybe experiment with what they want for the betterment of the company and worker

You can work in a quiet environment or a social one. It is easy to set your own atmosphere by letting others know how you work

Work-Life-Balance

Also a really good part of the company. When things are busy they remain busy at work, not in life

My favourite part of the company. Very nice and considerate people. Someone for everyone

I can not speak for all managers but my manager is engaged in my work but more so to make sure I have what I need and we understand what we are doing. He is willing to give me constructive feedback

Communication is solid and they document things often

Interessante Aufgaben

Again I can't speak for every task and also I am well seasoned, so the work is not super challenging for me but what makes things challenging is creating change

We are very pleased that you especially highlight the team spirit as your favorite aspect of PTW – and that you experience the work-life balance so positively. A supportive environment and the ability to balance work and personal life well are important values for us.

Your assessment of the work atmosphere and communication also shows us that we are on a good path. It’s great to hear that you can create your own work environment and find the communication solid. We take your suggestion regarding our deployment processes, feature tests, and requirements development seriously. You are right – there is still room for improvement here, and your feedback helps us further develop these areas.

Your desire for more women in leadership positions is an important point for us. We are continuously working to create an inclusive environment. We also find your idea of creating time for creative development exciting – it could be valuable both for the company and for personal growth.
