It has been a disappointing journey.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The nice colleagues I had the chance to meet.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Working environment, culture, gender gap, favoritism.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I would suggest that many leaders and managers start realizing that they are in Germany, where the working culture is much much different than in their country.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is nice when you have nice colleagues. But working with the managers that they put around is just depressing. Most of them have no idea of anything, they are just sent from the headquarters to do a terrible job that they never done before, making ridiculous amount of money.
Kommunikation
Zero. Managers don't tell anything that is going on.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are nice. Unfortunately the only nice thing about Q Energy :(
Work-Life-Balance
Not much. Having korean managers will directly bring the pressure of working after-hours. And if you don't show the same workaholic spirit that they have, you can feel the disapproval.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Zero involvement in decision-making process. Zero trust on the employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
You can't work independently in this company. Everything requests approval of one expat somewhere. Besides, the tasks are everything but interesting.
Gleichberechtigung
NO. Big no. The gender gap is ABSURD. Men make double what a women would. And if the man is korean, wow, multiply it by 4.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Yes. Some nice colleagues are making sure the working conditions are fine.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Fair compensation? As a woman: no. But if you are a man, 5 stars.
Image
The image is bad, and the reality is as bad as.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is no chance for career or professional development. Unless you are a man, of course.
