The application process was also very well structured: it started with a short initial screening interview, followed by a coding home assignment (depending on what you apply for), and then a more in-depth technical interview that lasted about two hours. Everything was conducted in a friendly and transparent way - the team really wants to get to know your skills and experience while keeping the atmosphere relaxed.
