Great place to ride the growth wave
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Things are really taking off here right now. After raising capital last year, QPLIX is in a major growth phase. If you're motivated and want to contribute, there are lots of opportunities to try new things and ride this wave.
The company is hiring quite a bit (not sure exactly how many, but we'll probably be about 50% bigger soon) and they're really putting effort into finding the right people. The work atmosphere and colleagues are definitely the best thing about working here - it's fun working with this team.
I'm excited to see how things develop over the next few years.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
One suggestion for improvement would be more frequent strategy updates. That said, new concepts like town halls have already improved how we stay informed about what's going on.
