We appreciate your insights regarding the environment and your interactions within the quantilope team. It's unfortunate that your experience wasn't as fulfilling as we hoped. Being informed about such matters is crucial, as they can influence the team's performance and the broader success of our company.

As a developing organization, we acknowledge that growing pains and other related challenges are also part of our reality as we evolve. It is also important to remember that we are all part of an ongoing development process, and timely, constructive criticism can be a powerful catalyst for change.

We appreciate the insights you’ve shared on both our management capabilities within the engineering/product department and the technical debt in our tech stack. We recognize the importance of bolstering management skills, which is why we've been dedicating resources to training and tools. In parallel, addressing technical debt remains a focal point. However, it's essential to remember that solutions in this space require a nuanced understanding of costs, headcount, and other resources. While we strive to create a more efficient and supportive environment, we must also ensure our decisions are sustainable for the long term. Your feedback plays a crucial role in refining our ongoing efforts, and we truly appreciate it.

As the CTO, I can assure you that I am actively engaged and deeply committed to addressing these issues. As such, I spend much of my time working with numerous folks across the company to prioritize open communication and actively seek out employee feedback to ensure that our decision-making processes are well-informed and in line with industry best practices. Together, we can build a more transparent and supportive workplace that enables us to harness the potential of our entire team.

Once again, thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience working with us didn’t match your expectations, and that you couldn’t take an active role helping us shape a better future for our company.
