Unpleasant and stressful. You were checked nearly for everything. Many colleagues were also "watching".

There was none. It was worse if you were in a "lower position". Even if you could manage to talk to someone, they were not taking you seriously.

It was okay. Not out of respect, only because you were in a "lower position". Still though they were many events outside of working hours that they were not obligatory but you made a bad impression if you didn't go to all of them or left earlier.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Bad managing, no communication, no appreciation if you did the extra mile (e.g. if you were working extra hours, you were expected to come the next day as normal. No discussion about a day off or coming later to the office.) No clear goals, no training. They were often comments or acts that made you uncomfortable (discrimination, sexism).
Struggle to get vacations, home office didn't exist even though it was a "benefit".
Interessante Aufgaben
Hardly any. A few of them were taken back after a while because "the goals changed". In order to take a new task you had to ask too many times.

Not in any way.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
A few of them were great.

After many requests of the employees, they did try some things but it didn't change something.
