Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Team events, Company parties (in my experience for both Summer and Christmas), Development budget, BVG Firmenticket, coffee/snacks/bi-weekly lunch, etc....but aside from all the benefits, I think it's good that we're given opportunities to develop professionally and frequent chances to make connections with our coworkers, as well as our customers.
Die Ausbilder
He is very understanding and flexible with private matters (doctor appointments, etc.). He does not micromanage and encourages us to accomplish our tasks and manage our time independently. He stands up for his team when conflicts with other departments arise, demonstrating loyalty and leading by example. Managers like him are hard to come by.

Arbeitsatmosphäre
As a team we are loyal and can count on each other, even in personal matters. We get along so well that we often meet outside of work for free-time activities and even take vacations together :)
As for the company in general, communication between departments can be tough at times, but we make it work and enjoy working together overall.
