After two years working here I feel good in this company, colleagues are nice and work atmosphere is good
Kommunikation
It´s a start-up company, sometimes it can be really chaotic - lots of different project, company is growing really fast
But we have weekly meetings and we talk about projects and office situation
Also, we have quartal performance reviews with our boss
And, what is most important - they are open, so can always ask about anything and just talk
Every few weeks there is an all-hand meeting with all departments where we talk about our company situation and get heads-up
Also channels in slack are giving thousand of usefull information
Kollegenzusammenhalt
We work as a team and I can rely on every one of each person in my team
Every one knows what is his role, does his job done and we have fun together on many ocassions
We meet after work, go together on holidays, get our backs in stressful situation
They are like my second family :)
Work-Life-Balance
Home-office is possible, flexible working hours
Our head of department is flexible and understanding as long as we get our work done
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Our boss, head of Admin, is great - carrying about team working together
and our well-being, respectful and open to critic, very patient with us
professional and reliable, we can trust his judgments
involved in company matters
and we still can joke in stressful situation
I know how it´s sounds, but he´s a good boss and deserves a positive recognition :)
