Redundancies are in place for unclear reasons. Morale of employees is down and management does not care. At the same time the company social media channels pretend employees are the number one priority, specially in days like Women's day. What a joke!
Kommunikation
Leadership is not transparent and they do not know how to manage change during acquisitions. Not professional. Lack of open, multi-channel feedback options for employees.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Trust has decreased. It is unclear why decisions happen and people start showing weird behaviours in fear of being the ones next to be laid off. Therefore politics are in place and not necessarily good ones.
Work-Life-Balance
Some people work during weekends. Given the circumstances I do not think this happens because they love their jobs.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Conflicts within the company are treated by managers as if sweeping dirt under the rug. Speaking up is not encouraged.

Not anymore, everything is oriented towards sales.
Gleichberechtigung
Male dominated culture: Unclear why certain male colleagues were appointed to certain positions. Homogenous culture.

Non existing. In social media, the company only speaks and but internally they do not walk the talk.

Salaries are low and increases will not happen.
Image
Image is not the same as it was before the acquisition. I expect it will get worse, not only internally but also externally.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Requests for further training are questioned and very likely rejected.
