There have been some changes in the last two years, after being acquired by AMCS. Changes are usually a bit scary but not all bad. But it happened right after Covid and during the economic downturn, when companies everywhere were trying to recover by restructuring. A lot of the post-acquisition restructuring efforts in Quentic were mishmashed and misunderstood. In hindsight, the company could always have done better during that process, but individuals must practice resilience ourselves to get through it as well.
