Die Stimmung wird nach dem Verkauf an AMCS zunehmend schlechter und es wird immer mehr eingespart. Sowohl bei Leistungen, Events, wie auch beim Personal.
Dank Homeoffice sehr ausgeglichen.
Es gibt Weiterbildungsbudget und man kann es fast frei nutzen. Es gibt gefühlt keine gezielte Personalentwicklung.
Das Gehalt ist unter dem Branchendurchschnitt, wird aber pünktlich gezahlt.

Flexible working hours
Instead of firing employees, replace the management, perhaps appoint a woman and pay more attention to humanity.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere has cooled considerably in recent months. After the company was bought out, resources were massively cut and 10-15 people were made redundant. The whole thing was called a voluntary program because "real" redundancies would of course not be feasible for operational reasons, as the figures are good. Employees are frustrated by these decisions and the management cannot compensate for this because there is a lack of humanity. Figures are currently the most important thing.
Some people also have to work even on public holidays after releases, but otherwise quite well depending on the department

It was actually pretty good, but recently you can clearly see that everyone is thinking about quitting or is preoccupied with themselves. Cohesion has clearly suffered, which is not surprising.
Management is a disaster. They know their business language, otherwise they don't know how to deal with people and have no connection to the rest of the company. Internally, they are not very popular. Direct superiors are more or less just the bearers of news from higher up and have virtually no voice.
Outdated hardware with cumbersome software. Working from home is possible, which makes it bearable.
Supposedly they want to be as transparent as possible, but unfortunately absolutely nothing is said in various meetings. It's just empty words, never anything concrete. Nobody knows what will happen next.

Redundancies are in place for unclear reasons. Morale of employees is down and management does not care. At the same time the company social media channels pretend employees are the number one priority, specially in days like Women's day. What a joke!
Image is not the same as it was before the acquisition. I expect it will get worse, not only internally but also externally.
Some people work during weekends. Given the circumstances I do not think this happens because they love their jobs.
Requests for further training are questioned and very likely rejected.
Salaries are low and increases will not happen.
Non existing. In social media, the company only speaks and but internally they do not walk the talk.
Trust has decreased. It is unclear why decisions happen and people start showing weird behaviours in fear of being the ones next to be laid off. Therefore politics are in place and not necessarily good ones.
Conflicts within the company are treated by managers as if sweeping dirt under the rug. Speaking up is not encouraged.

With the latest announcements of 15! planned redundancies, the working atmosphere is at rock bottom. Management is pretending that everything is fine and not a word is said about it in all-hands meetings, but of course employees are talking amongst themselves and really all employees in the affected department are frustrated.
In addition, many positions are outsourced to low-wage countries, which leads to further uncertainty and moral concerns.

Cohesion is good in the small teams, but with the layoffs you can see that differences are made between individual departments.
Direct supervisors have no further information, they are only administrators for vacation and sick leave.

Terrible. The two people responsible in management refuse to talk about the redundancies, but pretend to be transparent in public meetings. But there is no sign of transparency, there is no clear information, employees have to gather all the relevant information themselves.
The salary is rather low by market standards, salary increases have been stopped
Very male-dominated, especially in management. Doubtful how the people got to these positions.
Since the takeover of AMCS, the store has continued to run on a low flame, innovative features are not desired
Collagues still remain helpful and friendly. Home office is allowed. There is a trust relationship between middle management and employees, and not much micromanagement.
After the acquisition from AMCS, budget cuts have started to take place. It takes a long time and escalation to upper management to get business expenses reimbursed. Promised salary increases have been cancelled (salaries were low to begin with compared to industry standards). Promised learning budget and work-related expenses have turned into a burocratic nightmare. Recent announcement of layoffs have been poorly handled by the company leadership and have brought the employees' mood down.

The atmosphere got worse after AMCS acquisition. A lot of negative internal politics being played which leads to a lack of trust among everyone. There are also toxic behaviours and comments among some colleagues, and calling this out is not encouraged.
The company tries to sell the idea they care about "ESG". But this is not internally implemented in corresponding policies, since almost no one knows what ESG is, including leadership.
Work from home is possible, but you will find colleagues online and sending emails during weekends or during their holidays. Clearly a red flag.
Managers do not transparently communicate for all employees equally whether there is budget for further training and they will discourage it. Seems like budget is tight for these things despite the company acquiring other companies and opening new and huge facilities in the Philippines.
Salary and benefits are below what other companies in same industry offer or for similar development positions. One benefit they proudly promote is "Fresh fruit and healthy drinks at the offices" which they do not realise that the fact of promoting this as an employee benefit is a joke. Rather increase everyone's salaries please!
The company prides themselves about ESG, but it is just marketing. Internally and specially in the S part, the company does not seem to provide equal opportunities and some male colleagues are promoted to positions for unclear reasons. Also, some requests are rejected for some employees while others can still enjoy them (e.g., further training, working remotely abroad). There is a lack of social policies and when they exist, only HR is aware.
The company does not invest in their employees. Also not surprising why they are building a big development team in the Philippines and not hiring for developers in Europe anymore.
There is unresolved conflict between some departments and persistent lack of trust towards each other. Since there is no strategy everyones follows themselves and tries to save themselves from a boat which is already sinking.
There is lack of diversity in all aspects of diversity. Many colleagues have been in the company forever, which means they only know how things work in this company and have not developed new skills (both technical nor soft).
Managers tell their teams that they cannot influence any decision towards upper management, therefore managers do not really protect their teams needs or wishes. Not professional. Every single decision needs to be approved by leadership: exhausting level of micromanagement.

Company strategy is vague and therefore the direction is not straightforwardly communicated.
Gender diversity does not really exist in the workforce and even less in management positions. It is not uncommon to sit in meetings where we are all men or only just one female colleague. There is a lot of mansplaining towards female colleagues during interactions.
After the AMCS acquisition, tasks are mostly oriented towards satisfying new sales to hit the numbers, existing customers are not the focus anymore. Product quality and employee morale are therefore decreasing.

Deutlich verbesserte Kommunikation, vor allem von Head zu Dev. Es muss deutlich stärker auf die Wünsche und Qualifikationen der Mitarbeiter eingegangen werden.
Fehlende Kommunikation, stattdessen Kommentare wie "Die Software läuft ja, theoretisch brauchen wir euch Entwickler nicht"
Findet quasi nicht statt. Aufgaben wechseln spontan, was als "Chance" versucht wird zu verkaufen.
