the management, the incapable way of founders, nothing has apparently changed in the last 5 years things. have always stayed the same, but now company is running out of options and panicking

Be transparent, think about your employees, instead of yourself and how you can only safe yourself. most egoistic and naive management ive ever witnessed

Terrible! Never saw this anywhere. Employees not always get the information they need, it’s very rare, founders do things in the background and don’t update the company Enough. No communication!

Does not exist. Everyone fights for themselves. Founders very egoistic attitude, do not care about employees.

Its expected you work hard to save the business, even though the management made so many mistakes over the last years and no expect new employees to clean up for them

Disrespectful. Really people need to understand this is a bad company with bad people in leadership. Do not apply here!
