appreciate your employees and don't talk down on them. you are not better thatn they are.

most coworkers I met were very nice and friendly. they have a super nice office with a lot of "hip" and nice to have items.
Kommunikation
non existent. management team likes to advertise how open their communication is, but that is just a facade. they do have things like allhands meetings but that is it.
also fun addition- up until yesterday (August 24) there was a review online (a very bad one for Realtainment) and it got deleted. it showed how bad they are doing and how bad they can treat their employees. i think this portaits their true colors. nice image to the outside, many problems on the inside which they don't want to show. Kununu is an employee review platform and I think it is deeply disturbing and simply unfair if reviews get deleted by the company. this should not be allowed.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
very tricky. some management team members are very nice and polite. others are a true nightmare. i'd highly suggest some trainings along the lines of "how do I speak respectfully with my employees" (and it seemed management has plenty of regular training, nothing comes out of it though. just money thrown away). they may be good at their job/ function but do not know how to manage or even speak to a team or a simple human.
