I felt a contant looming pressence of uncertainty. It seemed a lot of things happen behind closed doors. The formation of a works council was attempted. An external lawyer flew in to talk about the pros & cons of a works council. A works council did not form.

Every quarter there is a all hands meeting. The presentation has a ridig agenda where I felt employees get limited chance to ask tough questions. I never felt comfortable asking tougher questions. I didnt feel the problems lots of people wanted some information about were adressed. A long term financial stragety was not clear to me.
