Very Unclear Direction, No Studio Culture
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The art team was fun to work with.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The excessive over hours you have to work.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Listen to your employees. Treat them with respect.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Nice office in a fun city. You are not allowed to personalize your workspace, which as an artist, makes a very boring working atmosphere.
Image
The work speaks for itself. The work is done well, however it is boring to look at.
Work-Life-Balance
Way too many hours. The unclear direction leads to a lot of extra hours.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is not a clear path how to excel or move forward in the company.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary was okay for a German studio.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Clean facility. Recycles.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is fun. Individuals in the art department are great.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Age didn't seem to be a problem.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Not very compassionate towards their workforce.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Nice office, but way too many hours.
Kommunikation
No clear vision, and no information on how they will achieve their goals.
Gleichberechtigung
I felt like I did not fit in with the workforce as an artist.
Interessante Aufgaben
VR is fun to work on, but the type of work that Realworld One makes can be very boring for 3D artists, or concept artists.
