Easy going but well-organized, especially for having many remote employees.
Quality is highly important to the company. They believe this for not only the clients, but for the treatment of employees as well.
Balance is encouraged and respected.
The company values knowledge and higher learning while employed.
I feel valued through my wages and benefits, even as a part time employee.
Good company structure with clear hierarchy and pleasant people.
Opinions of employees are taken into consideration and valued. Actions have been taken to improve what employees have opinions on.
Lots of different communication methods utilized for separation of import and topic.
Small teams encourage individual opinions and characters to shine through their work.

i don't think any of these things can be fixed as my impression is that everything is set up by design.
i perceived the atmosphere is dominated by stress and frustration. on some projects we have to work on the weekends (no overtime tracking or pay) so we can deliver on the deadlines provided.
image is very important for this company! new employees are asked to rate the company at kununu and another platform at the first week of employment. for the product itself, the PERCEIVED quality is very important, where as actual quality is less important.
lots of overtime and weekend work. this is expected from you from the very beginning.
this the most severe point for me. learning and improving is very limited, if not non-existent at all. nobody has time to show you how to do things better so i would not recommend this company for people with little experience, hoping to improve in their skill.
co-workers are really nice and stick together (at least in my department). people are very friendly and enjoyable to work with.
cant really rate this. there are not many older employees.
some higher-up people are very nice and helpful! but key-decision makers are often rather unprofessional which can be very hard to deal with.
recently moved into a new office space. its modern, but lacks personality. desks are not allowed to be personalized either and the open-plan offices make for a very noisy environment. i would recommend bringing headphones!
management keeps everyone up-to-date in terms of how the company is doing which is nice. but sometimes it's hard to get all the information we need for projects, so last-minute changes are frequent.
salaries are just enough for me to say they're "okay". there are no benefits offered to my knowledge.
the projects itself are interesting, especially with the technology we get to use.
awesome team, great team events & innovative product
starting to become an innovative employer to match the product (work-life-balance, benefits, promoting women in tech, getting rid of toxic behaviour, etc.)
strongly depends on Team and supervisor; in my personal experience the team is really great, but supervisor brings a slightly negative touch to the athmosphere
strong emphasize on work, less on life - therefore not really balanced
product supports sustainability aspect; no social activities yet, but might be something to implement in the future
If you're fully focused on work and work only, with a great outcome, you'll have great chances on being promoted (or otherwise if you are not ashamed to do strong self-marketing); further education only if it benefits the company directly
great team, very young, talented & motivated
not really competitive anymore and not many additional benefits given
way more men, but typical in IT; but I also think that women have to prove themselves more because they face outdated prejudices (e.g. being sensitive/emotional and therefore can't handle criticism; mid-20s/early 30s - bound to get pregnant soon; etc.)
you're given a lot of responsibility straight from the beginning, great for some, scary for others; I personally appreciate it
Super interessante Aufgaben
Invest in leadership development, reduce micromanagement
The company proactively encourages taking on responsibility and contributing ideas. And more often than not, these ideas are implemented.
There are a lot of opportunities to develop within your department or join a different team.
Structures have been improved a lot, but could still be developed further
We are a bunch of young and fun people, giving the feeling of working with friends rather than colleagues
The working hours tend to be a bit more than 40 hrs. At the same time, the work is also fun and interesting so it’s not too bad
Good work pays off
We are working on a super cool and relevant technology.
The art team was fun to work with.
The excessive over hours you have to work.
Listen to your employees. Treat them with respect.
Nice office in a fun city. You are not allowed to personalize your workspace, which as an artist, makes a very boring working atmosphere.
The work speaks for itself. The work is done well, however it is boring to look at.
Way too many hours. The unclear direction leads to a lot of extra hours.
There is not a clear path how to excel or move forward in the company.
Salary was okay for a German studio.
Clean facility. Recycles.
The team is fun. Individuals in the art department are great.
Age didn't seem to be a problem.
Not very compassionate towards their workforce.
Nice office, but way too many hours.
No clear vision, and no information on how they will achieve their goals.
I felt like I did not fit in with the workforce as an artist.
VR is fun to work on, but the type of work that Realworld One makes can be very boring for 3D artists, or concept artists.
Bad offices, and dangerous to be honest. In Sweden the Office space would be illegal just by fire safety... building was relay relay old and smelly with no ventilation. if there would been a fire in the building, no one would be able to get out alive...
Keep what you promise, and for heavens sake, if you recruit ppl from an other country have on-boarding! and help new ppl to the country find apartment and how everything works. Don't just leave them hanging and wondering. You need to take care of them properly.
Realy bad Office space, no ventilation exept Windows. Crampt space and to many ppl on one barhroom which is filthy.
my closest leads were awsome and very understanding. And have been fighting about same things in the company.
Bad infrastructure.. no it or network. Everything was on local machines.. only git hub, and 200gig+ content downloads.....
Company Promised help with apartments and on-boarding as i was hired from an other country. But nothing.... i was supposed to fix it all by my self.
I was hired with the promise they would help me.
So verdient kununu Geld.
