Great place to work, but not always

All in all very open and opimistic atmosphere and work environement. Challenging and sometimes more work thank people, but that is normal for FMCG.
Work-Life-Balance
Depends on the season and year. Sometimes you have peaks in workload, but that is quiet normal for FMCG. Unfortunately very lean teams, a lot of vacancies and many internal reportings, make the time and task management challenging.

Awesome! Reckitt is all about the team spirit. All highly motivated and easy going. Nearly everyday you laugh together and having a good time, while working like hell.

In each team quiet good, but between teams and from the management board you do not always get all the informations you need
