Yes there is pressure but you learn something and if you deliver you get all the support to be promoted. I understand why some here might be frustrated, but then they should think if they really deserve the promotion they request. Reckitt is fair and result oriented, if you deliver and live the values you go on very fast. I love it, because it is about results and not politics
