I feel there are some bad nuts in management esp Apps and Systems in the organization that stand in the way of success and growth of the company where you are judged on your looks esp. black and constantly can do even though u have the right skills and deliverables.

I thinking they judge a book by it's cover from the word go and every little mistake like even leaving something on your table that you forget would be critized by your manager which is the most unprofessional thing i have ever encounter.
