- More than just questions, you are free to describe yourself as you like.
- A very good thing was that in one of the interviews, they chose a colleague how speaks my native language and we had a nice talk. They asked me about my preferences for work, my previous experience and I was free to ask all as I wanted without the pressure of my english skills. Really nice!!
- In the "office day" (they invite you during the process), you have the opportunity to test their product "VR Dive". With that they don't need much questions, you test your team and lead habilities playing a very well formed VR game. The game is analised and after that you have a meeting to get the feedback and suggestions to incress your team/lead skills. One interesting thing was the relation that you need to do after the tutorial. You describe your mission and goal in a crew of the submarine and then, the same to your rol in a company.
