Arbeitsatmosphäre
I worked for Hamburg branch in 2019 (kind of wasting my time) So in this review there is no emotion involve and everything is pure experience since it took me three years to write this review.
The motivation among people to create meaningful and creative works, was almost in the zero level.
Unfortunately, I have experienced there, that the feedback and general behaviour were more personal rather than professional.
Sadly, due to lack of professional people, jealousy/bad vibe, was all over the agency.
Kommunikation
As I remember we were having like five minutes meeting each morning and after that we were going to our desks.
In was not transparent and not a flat hierarchy.
Work-Life-Balance
Long working hours was becoming normal there.
I was, time to time, receiving hard critic because I was refusing to work daily for 2/3 hours longer and damage my health!
Interessante Aufgaben
Almost nothing!
During my time they got a fast food brand as client and designing a food menu for this brand, was such a big achievement for the agency!
That was very unfortunate to see, whatever client said must be done and the agency had almost no creative input.

Hamburg office was sooo small that you could not feel free.
Computer and other stuff was provided in a good way... And you know why you get a good computer, right?!

The image of the agency is not very well determine.
