very transparent communication regarding current issues, but sometimes more well-meaning rather than professional.

some groups of colleagues are very close, it's difficult to say whether this is true for the whole company.

Women almost exclusively work in non-technical functions.

There are no older colleagues (max early forties, and few of those)
Arbeitsbedingungen
nice perks (free fruit and drinks, foosball table, freeletics group) and lots of social events offered for employees
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
pays well. Only 4/5 stars because there's nothing special for families.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
opportunity to go to conferences, personal development based on feedback from team lead and (increasingly) peers, but few "career" opportunities due to the limited company size, and due to fairly centralized decision making
