Inflexibility and old school attitudes that are not in line with current times. Meal vouchers are not usable and fairly useless. No company pension scheme. No company car. False flexible hours, only for some and under changing rules that do not apply to everyone

Improve employee benefits, be flexible with home office (increase it), be open to technological changes, foster a training culture. We have no benefits, home office is being decreased or denied, technological changes are not embraced
