Good company to start and grow your career. I started as intern 6y ago and now leaving for a sabbathical as team lead.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Great culture, lots of room to grow and international environment
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
investor-led board lacks business context and occasionally makes decisions over everyones heads
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Improve communication, Keep listening to the voice of the employees,
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Generally very positive climate, sometimes more focus on constructive instead of positive feedback could be good.
Work-Life-Balance
If you want to drive and create, you can go the extra mile but noone is made to do overtime. Leadership (e.g. MD DACH) is very understanding and supportive in regards to e.g. personal situations that require attention away from work.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Not really on top of mind
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I was able to advance from intern to Junior Consultant, Consultant, Senior to Manager in just 4,5 years.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Really great spirit and camaraderie, people are actually interested in supporting one another and helping out.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Was always rather lucky with my managers, more guidance and standards for managers would be helpful.
Kommunikation
The turbulent times discussed in the other kununu ratings are over. Still Communication from leadership could be better at times, but is improving since the turnaround around 1 year ago.
Gehalt/Benefits
Performance is rewarded with bonus, compensation is little above average, salary "unfairness" between new joiners and longer term employees is still a thing but is being tackled by stricter salary bands.
Gleichberechtigung
In my opinion it is getting better, but still typical male-heavy IT-Consultancy.
Positive Signal: Employee that was displaying sexist behaviour was terminated.
Interessante Aufgaben
I was able to learn and dive deep into different technologies, more tech or advisory based projects and also global projects, so there generally are options for varied tasks, but you are expected to proactively take those.
