I was very pleased with the application process at RTL2. From the first contact on LinkedIn all the way to the final response. Everything went smooth and quick. I felt I can talk openly and directly. The initial contact with the Recruiter was not too formal, making the whole thing seem relaxed. The recruiter then set up a phone call with the Hiring Manager to talk more about the role, challenges and so on. During the phone call I felt that I am in a bi-directional open conversation where I am talking peer to peer with the hiring manager. Later on, I was invited to an on-site interview, warmly welcomed and ready to be interviewed in a realistic way. The interview tested in a fair way the skills of the candidate, technical problem description was given and I was supposed to elaborate gradually on a few solution concepts and discuss decisions for the concept. I enjoyed my interview so much. If you are looking for a challenge in a technical role, go ahead and apply. RTL2 has interesting and challenging problem to solve.
For personal reasons, unfortunately, I had to take the decision not to accept the offer.
