When something should be better or if you do not do sth as expected there is no open talk , direct and other kind of pressure is done. But if everything is fine working atmosphere is healthy and the flexibility is there.
When something should be better should be told openly and kind with a strategy plan from the team lead or the manager how to improve.
Home office is possible but there is not fixed procentage . Some people have 100% and some maybe one day per week. For different people is different flexibility rule. I suggest to give minimum 50% home office for all in IT and the rest to be dependent on the manager to decide if more is allowed.

In Freiburg the Collegues are supper friendly and helpful.
Kommunikation
The technical communication with the colleagues Was amazing. I had support all the time and lot of help.Team is really good and with lot of knowledge.
The team in Isprinden should be more communicative outside of work like going on a break together and sometimes going somewhere after work so that new employee can feel more welcome.
Interessante Aufgaben
In the Business Intelligence team(DWH) there is allways new projects and interesting tasks. Can learn a lot.
