The HR does not look really trustworthy. Somehow it looks like there is no glass ceiling between them and the management. There are some grey areas where rules and decisions are made to control employees but not to gain the trust of employees. Seems like everyone distrust each other here.
Wie kann dich dein Arbeitgeber im Umgang mit der Corona-Situation noch besser unterstützen?
Please be open to other languages other than just German (Its the most important point), because if you really look for a different and diversified international opinion, I am sorry to say, it will take a century to explain in German (thanks to the internationally of this language).
Arbeitsatmosphäre
You are done with a project in 3 months and a similar project took 12 months for other colleagues and it simply makes management doubt on your abilities, maybe they want you to behave like other colleagues and slow down, so there would be some work left for next year.

Work-Life-Balance
If you achieve it then bear for the taunts from your colleagues. You will notice them literally showing off their sign offs so you can see how many 10s of extra hours they have put more than you. (You would wonder if they even know time management!!)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
If you complain about your colleagues behaviour, management goes weather checking. If you are not a fan of buttering up your managers, then expect Management to persecute you for this treason.
Interessante Aufgaben
You literally get a job to work in a mess, which is actually good because you learn from solving it. But bear witness of bullies from colleagues.
Gleichberechtigung
Situated in a city where most Germans have a longing for Nostalgia, this "Genoschaftlicher" brand, works perfectly in favour of subtle Racism. You would find it a perfect fit, unless you are not from Germany and an open critic of the nepotism.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The older you are the more respected your opinion. There are better workplaces where the growth of your career is not dependent on the ego of the aged elders of your company.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Where employees are rewarded like kids. If it's too hot in summers, they will arrange 1 ice cream per person and will provide ventilators in late October.

It's like a set of Matryoshka dolls, R+V has their own News channel, podcasts, and a daily blog of each department and about each employee and their morning and evening habits, before they go to bed. It feels like a world of itself inside a small world of Wiesbaden, inside the world of Hessen. HR marketing is working really hard to make this brand look attractive for young people, specially from rural backgrounds.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Not much interesting areas to choose from, the way forward is stagnant with bureaucracy of higher management approvals.
