Lost some benefits during the time I am here. Many negative changes coming apparently.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Salary and quality of the equipment. The only problem is always to renew the software licenses that sometimes expire and takes ages to reactivate. Of course the high amount of work that could be better distributed.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Coming back to the office is really difficult. Always full of people. A lot of traffic in the area, the way it was until end of 2025 it was perfect. People were happy and working good. Now we don't work with quality. In a noisy environment. With a lot of unhappy people and people thinking about leave the company. (so am I.)

Avoid the discrimination and mandatory rule to back to the office. Some teams have to be back in the office. Others don't. We don't receive any feedback from our managers.
