Verbesserungsvorschläge

Take a close look to work load. Since I joined RWE, I have a lot of heath problems. Migrane / headache, Gastritis, Irritation, Tennis Elbow etc.. All Acquired due the overload of work, stress to achieve the deadlines. From now on, I will not hesitate and ask for sick leave.

The Atmosphere is nice, the Colleges are nice.

Kommunikation

You can communicate about the problems, but nothing changes.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Not well organized the tasks. People don't know what are their attributions. They always ask me to do something that they should be doing.

Terrible. Since i Joined the company I have many personal problems.

(he/she) tries to improve. But they cannot change that much.

They pay a really good salary. Maybe to be able to buy more medication, health treatments and psychologists to support the workload.

I had another image of the company.. For being so huge, i though it would be much better organized.

They support the carrier improvement. But to be honest I still didn't had the chance to improve my skills.

We are aware that the workload is quite high, however, we do everything we can to keep the teams fully staffed. Unfortunately, this is not a process that can be achieved overnight.
