It's very easy to ask anyone's help and get it quite fast. However, lack of clear workflows often leads to miscommunication, this pain point lived with me through the whole time of working there.

Interessante Aufgaben
There were many projects with different scopes and you really can wear many hats and try to be part of different things to develop your skills and expand your horizon. However, getting a chance to do something outside the box of tasks you are assigned to do, was very very hard (at least in my case). Not saying that the box of tasks was bad, but it gets very boring after a while.

My main reason for leaving. There were no given options for career development and new skills building unless you really do it on your own time. Not being able to do tasks other than the ones given to you was a big downside for me, and very frustrating at the end.
