A lot of high talented people supporting each other. Everybody is very open and supportive. The flat hierarchies allow everybody to participate, improve methodologies and take ownership. Summarized a good place to be and a good place to make the difference.
Kommunikation
Communication is always a challenge in a fast growing company. However, this is seen on each level. There are "Recap & Mastery Sessions", Monthly Company Updates and Q&A Session with the founders, team meetings and such. Overall communication is good.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues are outstanding smart and cooperative. Whenever you have an issue, there is someone around who tries to help fix it or supports in finding the way around!
Work-Life-Balance
The goals of the company are ambitious. This may sometimes require to spend a few extra hours to finish things up. However, this time is well spent to see the speed of progress within the company and chances to grow as a person with the challenges. Altogether, this is not a 9 to 5 job, but a very good mix out of work & fun. Vacation & Homeoffice are fexible to take.
