No communication exists between Management and normal sales people, technicians or engineers.

Some colleagues are very nice and friendly, just aviod the negative ones.

Lunch of 1 hour, call early morning or late evening are common
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Normally a company has managers. Here managers have a company. If you are favoured with them evernthough you dont work at all, still you get all the salary hikes, promotions etc. If you are not liked by them, then better you leave. Talent and hard work are not valued here.
