Like above, management culture, the excessive need to shine above and control below. Very weird management style. If my post is commented by Corporate Communications by saying I can voice my concerns within the next survey: Don't bother. I stopped doing that, management basically ignores negative points and celebrates their image.

This is the place were motivation goes to die. Do not let first impression of the beautiful campus fool you. The company culture and management style it fosters can be best described this way: Very strong hierarchy, management consists of people who want to shine to the levels above and treat everyone below very badly, company figures are king, especially stock prices. Everything else does not matter.
Kommunikation
Very poor communication skills on all management levels. It is basically the last thing on management minds.

Colleagues are trying to escape this place, so everyone is basically staying mute.

Who needs a life when you can have a ton of money?

I would like to know how people are trained to be managers, it seems like people are promoted without preparing them for a manager role. They are behaving very poorly, controlling their staff excessively and putting a lot of pressure on them.

Sometimes yes, but most times the interesting tasks are not tackled because of dysfunctional set-up.

Mostly male, a few "girls" are promoted and scrutinized much more than male counterparts.

I know a lot of examples where colleagues mid-50s were bullied for no good reason.

Campus looks very nice, but again, it comes with a price.

well, modern buildings mostly and heating/ac works perfectly. It could increase staff more to ride bikes and take buses instead of cars.

The majority of people are sporting this place bc the money is good.

The region depends on it and fosters an image of innovation and great employer. Looking closer it is a very different story.
