Nagging on a high level but if I could wish for something, I would wish for more events for the whole company (like the "family day" we did before the pandemic)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
After a difficult year in terms of sales and due to the related measures, the mood is somewhat subdued in some places. Nervertheless the working atmosphere in IT characterized by teamwork and innovation.
Kommunikation
In IT there are several global meetings a year where you have the opportunity to ask questions (also anonymously) and where employees have the chance to present their projects and achievements. Also I feel the IT management is approachable besides these meetings too.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
In regards of colleagues and team members, I enjoy the team spirit we share. Within my direct team, I appreciate the open communication and that no one is afraid to discuss also critical topics.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I feel like I can approach my manager at any time and I sense my manager also as a confidant.
Interessante Aufgaben
With the upcoming S/4 transformation there's a super exciting project on the way. In general, there are numerous opportunities for interesting tasks and projects.
Gleichberechtigung
There is a Sartorius Business Women Association Program organized by employees of different departments and even sponsored by a board member. Also in IT women in tech is part of IT strategy.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Working conditions are good, I cannot think of anything negative here.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is good thanks to a collective framework agreement and a strong union. I cannot judge for the non-tariff conditions.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company sponsores also private trainings, for example language courses or even part-time study programs. There is also a huge coaching community and a yearly process for expectation setting and review.
